The Precedo Story

Precedo Consulting is your strategic partner in developing your sales and customer service organizations. Our core competence is in the deep understanding of the customer buying behavior and in the ability to recognize the changes in them. Precedo Consulting enables the creation of world class sales organizations in the leading industrial, service and ICT companies by giving the concrete tools and methodologies for rebuilding the sales in the areas of sales strategy, process, skills, metrics and sales leadership/coaching.

The company was established in 1987 as Rubinstein Consulting – at that time the focus was in the excellence in customer orientation. In 2002 we started to collaborate with Huthwaite International to support the customer desire to capitalize the improved customer satisfaction in terms of better profitability. The partnership with Huthwaite International gives Precedo Consulting an access to the largest sales database that covers more than 40.000 audited sales and negotiation situations.

In 2008 we created a unique Precedo Sales 360 analysis that enables the individual and team based assessment of the eight core competences in complex sales. At the same time we started to cooperate with the leading HR service provider HRworkbench Ltd to enhance our capability to support human resources development.

The company name was changed to Precedo Consulting in 2009 to reflect our mission to be at the forefront in developing high performing sales organizations, and to recognize the change of ownership of the company as the current partners acquired all of the company stock in 2009.
